Breakfast was excellent and location was fine.
We got stuck with room 5. It wasn't enough room. Later in the week when we had room 106, it was excellent.

Little and absolutely brilliant place to stay, awesome views of the castle. Great and brilliant location and obliging staff at the reception desk. Found in a pretty comfortable area short walk to Edinburgh Waverley train station, and the Festival Theatre.

My standard twin room with three single beds, a separate living space, as for instance was neat. The breakfast was delicious and comprehensive, the check in was very quick. Its location was amazing, near to nearby restaurant, medieval center, and walking distance to main Edinburgh attractions/shopping centre. New Town district was worth exploring.

This is like the best place to stay in Edinburgh. Fairly clean property, breakfast is reasonably good and tasty and reasonably priced. It has obliging staff at reception desk and great and brilliant location, that could not be beaten. Make sure you stay in the double room with the balcony, the level of the sidewalk plus every space.
